  • This apartment complex is renovated, so I moved to this place with realistic expectations due to a good location (40-minute walk to downtown Phoenix and lots of nearby restaurants/coffee shops) and a great price which includes ALL utilities (including electric). I'm a student, so the price was my first priority. I consider this area safe and I take walks at night without any problems. I've have yet to see any type of an insect in my apartment, which is a BIG plus for me. The inside of the apartments is acceptable, just ask to do a walk-through of your future apartment so you don't get any surprises since some units have smaller than standard sized refrigerator and stove, and units do not have washer/dryer and dishwasher, but for the price, I don't really care. There are some homeless cats around, but I haven't had any problems with them so far. The pool in the summer offers great experience as it's very deep and has a good length. There are gas grills and a fireplace just outside the pool, too. The maintenance crew is AMAZING, they respond to work requests quickly. The office girls ROCK and are always helpful. They have really hip office now with a pool table and some arcade games, too. Overall, I'm pleased :)))
