Poor customer service.
I called two weeks in advance to place a special order. I was out of town the first week and realized I never received a call back to confirm. I called and the gal (Brooklyn maybe?) thought she was pretty sure she left me a message and couldn't fulfill my order. I said I never received a message from her. I asked what was wrong with my order and she told me she couldn't remember, she's been very busy since last speaking with me and couldn't remember the specifics of my order. Then informed me she wouldn't be able to complete the order in two days time. Would I like to order for another date. She seemed very relieved when I told her that I was no longer interested in placing an order with this bakery. No apologies. Nothing. Very poor customer service. Why not follow up appropriately? Just to drop the ball on a special order is not acceptable. I won't be calling again.
