  • we went to container park to purchase a trikke. guess what! you can't do it unless you make an appointment way in advance. so there we were, called the company twice hoping to at least drive to wherever we could see one, but ann was very unaccommodating. she couldn't even tell us when we might make an appointment for, and wanted us to call another number; in spite of the fact that the number listed for sales on their website was the number that we called. i asked about service, in the event we did purchase one, and again she had no information. why would we want to buy one if we couldn't have anything done to it if it needed maintenance?? very poor customer service, they missed out on a sure sale.
