  • I had a letter responding to my 4 problems I had with the repairs that were done on my car by the owner only on yelp never by phone. The fuel leaking was the problem and after they didn't fix it because they said the problem was needing a transmission flush. Superior/ Goodyear on sunset/sunset said I was redirected by German motors into thinking it was a transmission flush. First off Mercedes has a life long transmission. German motors broke the permanent seal and didn't repair my car of its original problem. Second the owner wrote in response to my repairs never addressing the fuel lines problem that he didn't admit he never fixed it. Superior told me the gas lines were worn out and needed replacement. After spending 1,600 at German motors which I was rail roades by them and NEVER offered a ride home even though I asked for it. I had to wait 7 hours for the repair and never called to tell me what was going on. The guy told me to wait at the mall and he would call in two hours. 7 hours later i had called 4 times. He didn't care i had waited that whole time. I had to call every two hours. They DIDN'T fix my fuel line problem which I went specifically for that issue. The mechanic never showed me anything at German motors and i paid so much money and it still smelled like fuel. They never fixed the problem instead changed the transmission oil which mercedes dealer told me that was a lie. After German Motors screwed me I went to Superior/Goodyear they should be the lines all corroded and took me into see my car and explained everything as they showed me the details of the fuel line leakage. You could see so obvious it had been through time of corrision. They only charged $649. The estimate was the same as the total price at the end. After this repair I went from getting 9 miles per gallon to 16, thanks to Superior. But for German motors they are thieves. They tell you one thing then charge you for something else. They don't call and they refuse to show you your car to see what's wrong. They charged me 1,600. For unnessary repair. They also tried to charge me 120 an hour for 3 hours on top of that for just looking at my door panel and telling me that it couldn't be fixed. Superior had a solution for free advice and I fixed it for $12. Bucks. Shame on you German Motors! No matter what this owner says they just make you think you need tons of repairs and never fix the original problen. They don't have drop off service. They are not honest. It's a stinky grungy office. They have no official waiting room that smells clean. They refuse to show your car to see what they talking about. The reps are aggressive, intimating, and rude. They don't care about you. Go somewhere else!
