  • Had a pool replastering with retile done on my pool. Eric, the owner, strikes an easy-going approach to business. Gives a fair price. The work is decent. Communication is decent. Towards the end of the job, starts to rush on to the next job and doesn't get the details. Offers no advice or guidance whatsoever on starting the pool. Would have been 5 stars except the wheels started coming off towards the finish with the oversight of details and inability to stick to the contract due to cost overruns. Workmanship appears pretty good after a summer of using the pool.
