  • I am so glad I chose Gentle Giants to move me. The guys who pack and move your stuff are awesome. They are very thorough and careful with your property. I was concerned about my new bedroom furniture, I need not have been concerned. The guys were very careful undoing the bed and wrapping all the furniture. They did an excellent job unpacking and placing all the furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them. They all were very upbeat and social, so that we all had a good time through the packing and unpacking. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to my initial phone dealing with the office. The person I spoke with after filling out the online form was not able to answer my questions and went ahead to give me incorrect price via email after he had already sent me my estimate. If I had not caught his mistake I would have been charged more than I owed. My suggestion would be to vigilantly read the paper work and ask for clarification for anything that does not seem right. Don't let that stop you from using these guys though. As I said earlier, the moving guys are fantastic. I would use them again when the need arises.
