  • I called to confirm the availability and price on a vehicle I had seen on autotrader. I called and confirmed the price with two different people before I came up to test drive. I fell in love with the car and was ready to buy. When given the final price sheet, the cars price was almost 2,000$ more (even without all the fees) than what the online price was that I had confirmed. When I asked what had changed they said that they had never even posted the add. BUT I had called and confirmed with TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. This is ILLEGAL. When I raised concern I got AWFUL attitudes. very poor customer service. The only nice person there was Jay.
