| - The only Wind is getting 3 stars and not 1 is because the plans are good.
The front staff and customer service (call centre) were both horribly trained (other than the call centre's team leader).
The sales person gave me lots of misinformation (but not to sell the phone, she actually gave me incorrect information that made it seem like I was paying more for the phone). She told me because I had bad credit i'd have to pay a deposit that I'd never get back, but I could sell the phone in six months and then qualify for the Windtab plan (to get a cheaper phone). However, she was incorrect, I, in fact, do get the 200 as a credit to my account after the 6 month period.
The customer service rep was grossly informed about how billing worked, so I asked to speak to her team leader who quickly told me she was incorrect. She told me I had to pay over the phone for the first two months, and then my visa would start to be charged directly, however the team leader told me that isn't true and payment requires no further action on my part.
So, I conclude with: they have great plans, but poorly trained lower level staff that give customers huge headaches.
