  • Here I sit at 6:38 am for a 6:15 am appointment. The doors are still not open. What is bad is that I got a phone call Sunday to confirm my appointment with the joint. Told to be here 15 min early to be ready. You wonder why we hate the health care system, hurry up and wait , just like the military. They are so worried that we might waste their time as if my time is worthless. So here I sit. This is the worst yet. So now I am at 13657 W. McDowell location, it is 7:15 and I had to go to 10815 W. McDowell, I only know this because I called every location starting at 6:30, the time of my appointment. Now that I am here I complain about the fact I called every number that came up on google. I was told the phones only come on at 7:
