  • This location has definitely gone down hill. I used to love this store (even when it was near the comic book place). I think it is under new management now and most of the old staff seems to be gone. What's left... isn't pretty. I think when you run a chain like this, you have to set yourself apart from your competition. Knowledge and customer service used to be this location's strong point. I mean, I used to drive out of the way to make sure and give this place my business. Whatever used to be there is just simply gone now and has me thinking I better find a place closer to home. So sad. On the plus side, most people don't put as much thought into where they shop (especially for games), so this store will undoubtedly do fine. If you are in the minority with me...keep lookin.
