  • The service here really didn't impress me. I tried to order something over the phone since I've heard of two people getting their credit card info stolen from ordering online. It was very difficult to get to the correct department and was transfered 3 times. Then I was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time while the sales person "checked to see if they had the item". Durring that time I was transfer about 4-5 different times. I think because their hold had a time limit. Each time I had to explain to a different person what was going on. Finally the last time I asked if I could just leave my number. They took it and of course I never heard back. I decided later to drive up there. Again, didn't get very good service. The sales man acted like it was something unheard of to order a dishwasher and pick it up rather than deliver. It took him forever to "figure out" how to input that in the computer. He also told me I needed some kind of hook up kit for $30 that wasn't available at stores like Home Depot. Good thing I didn't listen, because Home Depot sold it for $14. Don't go here for a big ticket item. Stick to CD's and purchases that don't require help from the staff.
