  • Every negative review is what I have experienced with Wyndham. They just seem completely disorganized and incompetent. They ask us for the same things over and over again. They demand random things like "a letter stating why the home we are purchasing is superior to our current living situation." They continuously had all kinds of errors on our paperwork. We are a week away from closing and i am really having doubts that they will close on time. They keep calling with urgent things they need but when I call back I can't get through and then they won't return my calls. Some of the things they are asking for should have been asked for in the beginning. I regret using this company but it's too late now to do anything about it. If they can close us on time I'll think about upgrading my rating!
