  • Horrible horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give a star to them. The young girl behind the counter has nothing better to do then laugh at people. By the way she never said have a nice day, When I was trying to return the toilet seat. I was asked by my sick mother to do it for her. So I had no idea it said final sale on the recipient or I wouldn't have brought it back. She didn't have to laugh the whole way out the store and yell when I opened the door that the receipt says final sale if you read it in a nasty voice. So give me a break that she was being nice. She wasnt. I could care less it couldn't be returned, this comment has to do with the staff not the return.
