  • My installer was fabulous and completed my install in no time at all.We even had a technical problem which he resolved over the phone with the manufacturer without skipping a beat and continuing with the install simultaneously. Programmed my Homelink in the cars and the visor remote as well. I do have one small gripe though, when I called the next day to ask for assistance with programming my wi-fi connectivity with my smartphones I was told "we don't do that, call the manufacturer", Who sells and INSTALLS a product and cannot explain all the functions of the product ??? I was appalled by that response and they are lucky I paid them first before receiving a response like that. Overall I am pleased with the service call and the installer but I am totally flabbergasted by the response from whomever answered the phone in the office when I asked for assistance.
