  • Don't ever walk in to meet with somebody. The front service man is unknowledgeable. He gave me the wrong information about gaining a temporary card, & failed to inform me about an appointment that had walked in. Now I'm faced sitting at B of A for an hour, I have other stuff to do. Not too mention I've had a previous poor encounter where the man chased me out the door screaming to never come back again
