| - Wow! I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company. **This will be a long review** I met with this company and was able to get their pricing easily. We decided this was the company we wanted to go with. I contacted Michael, who did our estimate and asked him when they would be available to do the work. He said that Saturdays worked best and gave me two available dates. We scheduled for September 3rd two weeks prior to the installation date. The owner of our business planned a flight out to the site to be there while they worked. Last Monday, I confirmed with Melvin that they would be on site Saturday and various other details about the job. On Thursday, I received a call from Melvin asking if we could change the installation date to Sunday because his workers wanted the time off for Labor Day (ummm...you didn't know it was Labor Day when you scheduled?), I told him that the owner had already purchased plane tickets and made a hotel reservation that he would not be able to cancel and that it had to be Saturday, he said that he would make that work and confirmed that he would be there on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and no one is at my site. I contacted Michael (the man who was supposed to do the work) and he said he had me on schedule for Sunday and it was change a week ago! A week ago!! I talked with both Melvin and Michael multiple times on Saturday confirming that they would be there on Sunday to get the work done. Sunday morning, I met Michael on the job site, with a truck with concrete in it. Michael told me that his crew was in North Las Vegas getting their supplies and would be on site soon. Michael and I went through a full walk through of the facility and what we would need them to do. Ten minutes afterwards Michael says that he's going to run across the street to grab a bite to eat while we wait for the rest of the crew. Twenty minutes after that (still no crew) I get a text message from Melvin stating that he apologizes about what is going on, he was told his crew would be available, he was getting on a plane and trying to figure out if he could get a friend to help him get the work done. **WHAT?** I called him immediately, no answer, I called Michael, no answer, I called each number five more times...NO ANSWER. It has now been two hours since Michael lied to my face and left my worksite and I haven't heard anything from either of them. I am shocked and baffled at how someone can even stay in business this way. It was their company that decided to do the work on a Saturday and Sunday rather than a weekday...I had every single day open to accommodate them. It was their company who chose to come in during Labor Day weekend, myself and the owner of the company made ourselves available to meet them during our weekend as well. Then to be lied to straight to my face to avoid the confrontation of actually telling me that they weren't going to be able to do the work today and leaving me at the site by myself waiting for them for an hour...unbelievable.
