  • This was our first time here, and I hadn't read the reviews prior to coming, just a little detail about the place. I think I expected a little communication from the front desk staff since I mentioned we have never been there before. We purchased the groupon, were given a shirt , drawstring shorts and towels, then off we were to the male and female sections of the spa. I was happy to see such a diverse crowd there , with all shapes and sizes . There were a group of Jacuzzis, steam rooms and salt scrub areas for us ladies, with plenty of space to relax and get ready for their next feat of the day . I particularly enjoyed the salt brick room and the herbal steam room. I then went upstairs and the hubby and I were disappointed there was no steam room or Jacuzzis that were co-ed. We hit the clay ball room and watch you step, its a bit dark and you try to be quiet not to disturb anyone, but you cant help but slip around on those marble type balls ! Next we went to the red clay room which was like your own personal clay igloo you get to lay in and soak up the heat. We then went to what felt like the hottest room, the jade room, where you lay on bamboo mats . I believe the recommended time for each room is 5-10 minutes, and if it gets too hot for you, there is the the Ice room which really helped me out since I was not used to everything . There is also Korean food available, but there were no employees on standby , so I was not sure if it was closed . People on rest were watching movies, on their phone, sitting in a massage chair, or taking a nap in the common areas. We did not get any services done, for we felt they were still a bit pricey for being off strip. Then again, I do not know how great or different the services may be , maybe that is why it is priced high. I may reconsider reflexology to start. We would definitely return for the spa benefits, I just wish there were was better service! Still not going to ruin my spa time! I met some friendly regulars. Enjoy!
