  • Visited Bertha's again today leaving this time with a less than stellar experience. Ordered the same sandwich but this time they forgot to delivery it to my table. I waited about 15-20 mins and watched others who ordered after me eat their food. Eventually I got up and asked. They responded with "oh, we were looking all over for you". Apparently not because I was sitting at a table within the cafe with my number very visible. Whatever though, I didn't really care until I bit into my cold, stale sandwich. :-/
