  • Do not recommend under current training/lack of management staff. 2 stars is only for coach Jason who is amazing. The problem, though, is that his class became way too full since everyone else must've caught on that he's the only competant coach. Too full as in he can no longer give the students the same level of attention and training because there's just too many people in the class. In my opinion, the business would close it's doors without him. Because of the fullness of the class and Jason being awesome, I signed up and paid for a private lesson with him so my daughter would get the level of attention she needs to meet her very attainable goals for hs cheer. The owner didn't see it as a big deal that he didn't show up for whatever reason and placed a differnt coach that I did not request in his place. The coach has a very negative and condescending way of talking to and about the students when HE fails to accomplish what he intends for them. He even does a negative recap in the lobby in front of other students and parents rather than in private. This was not only with my daughter. I've seen it and heard it with others and this is just his way.... He's a talented individual in HIS abilities but coaching is another story. Owner....I wanted what I paid for and he was not it. One more positive before I end the review...If you have a special needs child this is a great place. I do not but I've seen the special needs class perform and the staff was great with them to the point that I teared. As for other complaints.... the stunt class is a joke and should not even be offered with the incompetant coach. The assistants are also incompetant and seem more of a bother than a help. The front desk does not exist because the owner hasn't hired anyone for this role so if you have a question or are a new student you need to wait for her to finish whatever class she's in and there's noone friendly to greet you in the front if she's not there. I do not recommend. K&K Cheer is the place to go and they are amazing!!!! I just wish I knew about them sooner and I would've put my dollars in the right place from the beginning.
