  • These guys had the home warranty on my rental. When my AC went out. I called them, and they agreed to come out on Friday at 3:30. When they didn't show up, I called. They had nothing but excuses why they couldn't come out. I suffered all weekend with no AC, and Phoenix had record temps that weekend. When they finally came out the tech said he couldn't do anything because my AC was frozen. They didn't fix my AC correctly for 6 weeks. They came out multiple times over that period but could never figure it out. Since then my warranty has been transferred to Iceman, and those guys were amazing. They fixed my AC in one visit. It ended up being a leak and low refrigerant. I'll write a review for them too. DO NOT go to Cool Blew.
