rev:text	I also purchased the Living Social carpet cleaning special. I had a little bit of a hard time contacting the company, as their voicemail box was full the first couple of times I called. I did get through the next day and left a message. Jeff called me back within an hour, and we had an indepth conversation about my preferences. I also let him know I had a couple of trouble spots, and he told me exactly how they would handle those. I made an appointment for 9am on Saturday morning. The phone rang at 9:03 and it was Daniel leaving me a voicemail that they were running late because Loop 101 was closed on the northside. Daniel and TJ arrived at 9:50. They came in the house, looked over the carpet, discussed my concers, and placed corner guards where needed. Although I had vacuumed before they arrived, they vacuumed the carpet again. Then they pretreated all the heavy traffice areas. They put a lot of muscle and energy into thoroughly cleaning my carpet. This was the cleanest any company has ever gotten my carpet. They worked hard to get out the stains, and even harder making sure they pulled the most water (steam) as possible back out of the carpet, which dried much quicker than expected. Both of the men were personable and seemed to have pride in the job they were doing. They made sure I was pleased with the outcome, and didn't mind going over any spots I questioned for a second time. At no time did they try to upsell me anything. The price I paid included all services - there was no extra charge for anything. Though we had a little bit of a rough start (took me a day to reach them, and they arrived almost an hour late), they did a terrific job, and I will use only Service Organic in the future!
