  • I had my fair share of issues with this complex my first two years (think pests, questionable plumbing, inept leasing office, really shady neighbors) and at that point, would've given this place 1-2 stars. However, since new management took over, it's been fantastic. Deborah and the new leasing team are amazing - they deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. The apartments have that modern/industrial vibe with the exposed brick and wood flooring, utilities included, and they're close to to everything you need. There are certainly some growing pains as they update the complex, but I imagine it's going to be even better once everything is done! It's a great spot now with new management and a good deal in terms of rent/utilities!
