Food & service alone would have been 4 stars, "management" deducted 2. Small issue, could have easily been rectified, no biggie, but ended up talking to this "Marjorie" person who said that she was the GM. What a pathetic excuse for anybody who believes that they are actually running a business. Make the customer feel like a jackass, then berate your staff (within earshot of at least 5 other customers, who, by the way were also appalled by her behavior). I actually tipped the server double because I felt so bad that he was subjected to this hostile work environment even though what happened was not his fault. PS. Marjorie; I saw your electronically generated responses to other Yelp posts. Save your time & please don't respond that way to mine, if you don't have time to respond personally, don't bother. After witnessing the way you openly insult your customers & your own staff there is nothing more I need to hear from you unless it's your supervisors contact information.
