One cashier at the counter on the busiest morning of the week and the drive-thru was 12 cars deep. Walked in and there was only one employee helping out both the window and inside for a total of three employees in the building serving 18-20 customers in the two lines. I can understand cutting back to save some money but this is just poor management. I ordered on-the-go and it still took several minutes to get my order. Hire more employees to provide better service. It will do wonders for your location!
