rev:text	American Airline service sucks agents are not very helpful at all.on 23Oct2017 at 09:50am pacific time my wife called American Airline on 800-433-7300 the recording said hold time too long if you want we will call back, 15 minutes later American Airline very rude agent Anna ID# D9 from Arizona (Heavy accent, hard to understand) called, I am senior have Knee surgery and I wanted to request Wheel chair, first time traveling international flights Need Baggage and meal information . OMG! I can't believe this AA agent treated us like a beggar after paying so much money for the tickets this is the way AA agent treat you. she was extremely Rude, Impatient , my wife got nervous she has high blood pressure, her pressure went up after this AA rude agent treated her so badly, so she politely advise her to be polite and patient . AA agent didn't like her advise. I don't understand why Airline Hiring these kind of employees who are so rude and impatient , we need polite people for customer service not rude and impatient unhelpful people. we have to called back later and prefer to hold long time to try to speak to some English speaking agent to reconfirmed all request to make sure. some thing has to be done or people will start booking other countries airline line who are more helpful and polite and have better service. we want to give business to our own country USA airlines and that's what happen. they treat us like beggars as we see in the news over and over again how they treat passengers and then later apologize
