My daughters and I were so excited to shop here after looking in the window one evening when they were closed. We returned yesterday around 2pm and entered the store with my mother. All four of us were in awe of the beautiful vintage dresses! It js truly a lovely boutique. Unfortunately the one saleswoman who was working could not manage to even say hello or welcome us. She was in the back of the store assisting the only other customer in the store. The four of us walked through the store for at least 15 minutes, admiring the dresses and yet she still did not once acknowledge us. I felt literally invisible because I even walked over to the dresses that were within a few feet of the dressing room expecting her to notice me. There were several dresses I had hoped to try on and I also was interested in learning more about how Robert acquires the inventory for the store as all the pieces are unique and vintage. I finally approached her and asked if she was the only one working and she replied that she was sorry but that she was the only one working and Robert was not there at that time. I'm really not sure what Robert's absence has to do with anything as a simple greeting would have started things off on the right foot. No matter what the business, it's all about the relationship and in this case, Robert's salesperson does not possess even the most basic customer service skills.
