I want to begin this by saying that my masseuse Jessie was AMAZING and I would return just for her work IF she worked at another massage clinic. The front desk experience left MUCH to be desired. When I first went in I knew I needed a lot of work because I workout and have a lot of tension from work and school. I decided to sign up for the monthly membership package to make it less expensive for my massages. This experience is the reason for this review. The girl at the front desk, Forest is friendly enough but her rushed, disorganized inability to multitask is the reason I'm CANCELLING my membership. She was assisting another customer and answering the phone while it was my turn at the desk. I signed up for the package and left. This is when I got a phone call saying that she made a mistake with my credit card and needed to run it again. Without hesitation I allowed her to do so and went on with my day. That is the beginning of my frustration with Forest and the lack of training and professionalism Massage Heights is represented with at the front desk. My membership fee was supposed to be debited ONCE A MONTH with the first payment taken out on OCTOBER 17th. This was on SEPTEMBER 17th. I check my checking account daily and when I did so the next day I noticed my monthly membership fee for OCTOBER had already been deducted. I called the manager Diane and she assured me it would be refunded. Well it is now OCTOBER 15th and I have NO REFUND AND ANOTHER DEBIT FOR OCTOBER!!! I'm just going to cancel the membership, I'm REALLY uneasy about their handling of my credit card.
