  • Jeff was quick and efficient. He gave me a time when he was going to show up not a 4 hour window. He repaired my broken springs (I replaced both springs before the other one broke). Unfortunately the trolley was stripped and had to be replaced - it wasn't an up sell, the part was clearly stripped - which is why the door slammed down to the ground. He was done with everything within an hour and also said he would come back within 90 days if any issues occurred - not just the items he replaced. Price was competitive and he waived the $45 service call since I wasn't informed of this charge before he showed up. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future if necessary.
