rev:text	I had absolutely no problems with this spa. Perhaps they've upped their ante recently? Customer service was outstanding. Maybe 9:30 on a Sunday morning is THE time to get a massage. Some other reviews complained about the pedicures being too overpriced and not that good. Well, I don't ever rely on a spa for my pedicure for that exact reason. The spas don't do as good a job as the salons that specialize in manis and pedis, and they charge too much. So I just get a massage or a facial. I had an hour-long, MUCH needed "Relaxation" massage. It was excellent. My technician was extremely skilled and also checked in with me regarding the amount of pressure, and adjusted it accordingly when I asked her to. She also didn't make fun of me for forgetting to shave my legs. Oops. The bed was heated, the lights were nicely dimmed, there was peaceful music playing, they offered water which I enjoyed while sitting on a couch by a fireplace enjoying my US weekly...what else could I ask for? Just two things I'd like to have differently: 1) the room was a bit chilly, which was ok when my whole body was underneath the blanket, but not when limbs were exposed. 2) I would have liked the option of getting a nice robe and/or a shower, as I've had before at other spas. Maybe this is reserved for those who get more than one service. Also, if you book your next appointment before you leave, you get 10% off, and even if you have to reschedule it later, they still honor the discount. That explains my appointment for a hot-stone massage in June!
