  • Simons has finally expanded beyond Quebec and has opened its first Ontario branch inside the new and expanded Square One in Mississauga. Inside the department store, there's a lot of unique and upscale clothing brands that, from what I know, you can't get anywhere else in Ontario. Think comme des garcons, PLAY, etc. There's also an upscale cafe inside the store, though I didn't go inside to eat. It looks quite good though. Employees were very good, and when you pay at the cash the cashier will personally walk around the counter and hand you your purchased bag of clothes beside you. Found that quite unique. Hopefully more Simons branches open up in Ontario. I know there's one opening in Ottawa, but perhaps more in the GTA?
