  • this place needs to shut down! it all started on a night that should have been perfect, four of us were ready to go to a comedy show reserved the tickets showed up on time, but when we checked in at the box office and with the usher they said we couldn't go in because it was sold out..........wow how awful!!!!!! well after that all 4 of us we're bummed out and tried to find contact info. for house seats and suprise suprise no freaken phone # only email! a couple of days later we emailed them to straighten things out and make it right but oh no.................they did not take responsibility and belittled, offended, and wrote back in an unproffesional manner! unbelieveable, not only did we waste a good night but they did not care to fix it in any way shape or form! horrible-horrible-horrible do not buy membership!
