  • The Doctors here are great, friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the staff! For example: my insurance requires a prior authorization on certain medications. Only after calling every day for three days did I see some movement on getting this completed. The worst part of my experience was that on day three i was told my chart showed no notes for processing the prior auth request!
