  • I have been a customer since 2004, and through multiple houses as well. I had Sean as my tech for many years, and he was so patient in answering questions and was always willing to go the extra mile if needed (like wait until my son woke up to spray in his room). Over the years, we've had a need to call them to come out for anything special only 2 or 3 times at most. Whatever they're using really works!! We have Pete as our tech now, and he's both nice and funny. He lets us know if there's anything going on in the area that might encroach into our neighborhood. The office staff are super helpful if I need to contact them (very infrequently!), but so professional. They get a tech out immediately- as in 2-3 hours later. Switch to this company ASAP-as someone who demands great customer service, I can say LV Pest Control delivers it. Keep up the good work, everyone!
