  • Quick, helpful, knowledgeable. Got the rate as advertised, 3.5%, no hidden costs or anything. Was also offered 3.625% rate with $2000 cash back... First contacted them on April 2nd, closed loan May 13th. They found a lien on my house from the original lender, as the title company from previous refinance failed to file with the county. My husband called the title company and they promised to resolve it so that it would not impact our refi. It all worked out nicely. Everything was scheduled and handled as expected. Highly recommended, specifically to people who have financed before and know the process. These are no frills, hard working people, handling many, many clients. All my emails and phone calls were returned promptly (at worst the next day). Would certainly do it again with them.
