  • I will start with the positives first. Good location, clean hotel and when you can get the staff to answer the phone they are polite. What can be fixed or addressed: smallest room that I have ever stayed in including places like Japan or Paris. No window in my room.....zero natural light. Even the desk attendant laughed when he gave me my key and asked if I ever visited Japan before..........
