  • I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites during my week in OH. Jessica was an absolute doll in getting me checked into my room although I arrived a couple hours early. I was really impressed with the size of my room. On the second day of my visit, I managed to drop my light jacket I was taking to work in the snow. That evening, I stopped by the front desk to see if it was turned in. The lady (I didn't get her name) checked in a back room. After telling me she didn't see a jacket, she placed a report in the computer. After two days of not hearing anything, I figured I'd visit the front desk again. Fortunately, Jessica was working. She not only checked the same room the first lady did, but also checked lost and found. Why the first lady didn't bother to check lost and found is beyond me. Fortunately, Jessica located my jacket in lost and found. If I ever find myself in OH again, I will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites. They also have a manager's reception during the workweek from 5:30-7:30PM with complimentary cocktails.
