  • I went to urgent care and had a great experience. The intake was smooth and I got to an exam room fast. My husband who was at home had a medical emergency (unrelated to my visit) so I needed to leave immediately before being seen. When I explained my situation to Yaw-Jong Tsai (John) he said he would see me immediately so I could leave sooner. I was so grateful! It is more than I expected. He gave me a good examination. It was thorough but not too long.
