For Lux T, you are lucky if you were seen by Dr J Woodson and was treated the way it should be and what you expected to be. To save some patients time and money and not get what was expected from a Dermatologist office, I am sharing my experience in his office located at 9280 W Sunset Rd Suite#310 Las, Vegas, NV 89148. I went to this address because they are in-network with our medical insurance. I have no problem getting an appointment. But I would NOT give even a 1 star to how their medical assistant name 'Gale' did her work during our visit. I felt that we were rushed by her for no reason to get my daughter's, vital signs. She didn't even took time to weigh my daughter and just depended on what she would tell her. Very unprofessional and rude! They were no patient waiting at the waiting room for her to rush. And even so, that should still not be a reason to rush! We were assigned to see their PA name 'Nick'. He was nice, gave us some free samples to use while we are waiting for our medicine that should come from the mail. Not sure, why we were not given the option to get our medicine to our local pharmacist. That's all about it. I was expecting that they would look more thorough on my daughter's skin to examine closely what she has and needs. I know that my daughter needs to see an I have been to other dermatologist office, this is NOT the office I would recommend and I am planning to cancel my next appointment. We are on our 4th day after our first visit. We still don't have our prescription medicine. My daughter skin did not feel or noticed any improvement using the sample gel that was given. We are so desperate to see a very good caring dermatologist who will accept our insurance. I know one who is really good but she is out of our network. I would give 1 star for ease in getting appointment and 'Nick's' kindness.
