  • I've been with Jim now for over 2 years. I had been with Allstate for about 16 years prior to that. I've had more conversations with Jim in 2 years than I did in all my years with Allstate. I've had a hail damage claim on my home and an accident claim on my car (I feel compelled to say it was the other person's fault). Both claims were handled with great care. Both Jim and Farmers truly cared about me, represented my interests - and everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, highly relational, and a man of deep integrity. If you are considering changing insurance carriers - you'd be wise to talk with Jim. Farmers is great and Jim is exceptional!
