| - Chase had approached me when I first entered the camera section asking if I needed any help. I told him no that I was just browsing for the moment. It was great he gave me some space and respected my request! However, after a few moments of browsing I did indeed have some questions about a camera that I was pretty much set on buying but had a few questions about... Enter again Chase. He saw I was looking for someone and came right over again to assist me. I am SO glad I spoke with him because I was going to purchase a Canon EOS Rebel just because of the popularity and that my friend had just purchased one. He asked what I was needing the camera for, was genuinely interested, and asked if he could make a recommendation that was different than my initial choice. I said yes, and he told me about the Nikon D3300. After talking with him, I was SOLD on the camera and am so grateful I ran into him that day because this camera has been nothing but the BEST! Compared to my friend who has a Rebel, my camera I feel has given me far better customization opportunities and the overall quality is superb. If Chase hadn't helped me I don't know how happy I would have been with a Canon in the long run. He was informative, helpful, and overall genuinely cared about what my camera was going to be used for and recommended only what I really needed. I will definitely be coming back to the Arrowhead Best Buy to purchase things for my camera as I need them because I felt this was the perfect example of what customer service should be! Knowledgable, kind, and a genuine interest for the customer. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, highly satisfied, however you rate an experience, this was the best!!!!
