  • Dinner, we were so excited to try Rustlers Rooste. A country style steak and chop house up on the hill. A perfect vantage point to watch fireworks! But despite all the hype, it was just so so. Dissatisfied and disappointed with just everything (who likes mushy carrots and corn?), Mac and cheese was bland but the Prime Rib and the smoked chicken were Delicious. Our server was sweet, the band was good, enjoyed the fry bread and we watched fireworks all across the Valley! Not a total loss. If you go, stick to the beef and chicken!
