  • This is a revised review from 8/9/16. David called from company wanting to make us happy as a customer. We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost. My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased. Also each time they came they were on time. They provide excellent customer service. I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote. I am now replacing with a five star review.
