  • I had a pipe freeze and burst and Robins came out the same day to take care of the problem (and it was probably the busiest day of the year because of the freezing temperatures in Phoenix). The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Although the part needed was back ordered (everyone in town needed the same part) he was able to restore the water to my home and just shut off the one pipe until the part came in. He returned only a couple of days later and took care of the problem as promised. Robins was recommended to me and I will recommend them to others!
