  • Back in November I was told that TidyWhity was going on hiatus and I would be contacted when they were back in business. It's now April and I have yet to hear from them. I still think they had a strong customer service team -- great communication when they were active -- but in retrospect and especially in comparison to the cleaning service I have been using in the meantime, I won't return as a TidyWhity client. One of my disappointments with TidyWhity was the time they would spend cleaning, or lack thereof. Our house is 1450 square feet but the cleaners would routinely finish in about 45 minutes. Even with two people cleaning, and even with these cleaners being the "most efficient" TidyWhity has to offer (which is what I was told), a proper and thorough cleaning would take more than an hour. (I did request more thoroughness each time, and will say that my bathrooms were always sparkling, but because the cleaners were so quick I always wondered what corners might have been cut.) Anyway, I wish TidyWhity well but am not sad to part ways with them. The cleaning service I now use is not only less expensive but I have seen and can trust that the cleaning is deep!
