After a month or so on our King Platinum Beautyrest, we decided to upgrade to the Black. The exchange was easy and quick; no questions asked. If you're looking for the best in service as well as exchange policy, Best Mattress is second to none. Darrick guided us the whole way. I'd like to express my most sincere gratitude to Kayla for approving our exchange/upgrade. I understand times like these can be difficult for both a business as well as the customer but employees like Darrick and Kayla are the reason why we'll be sleeping like kings for a long time.
NOTE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: When you're shopping for a mattress, I'd recommend spending a bit more for what you truly want. Eight hours a night for the next eight years is some serious invested time for a product. Go with something that's above you're budget because any other way, you'll regret it.
