  • After an absolutely horrible experience back on 9/30/2014, we returned today to give it "another try"! WOW - what a "night and day" experience! We walked in and were greeted immediately. Not even 5 minutes later, we were introduced to "Lance". What a sales professional and so knowledgeable. I walked out with my iPhone 6 Plus which I have wanted for months! Lance was patient with my questions and helped me with the transfer of my data. He helped my husband with a warranty replacement of his phone (when husband was there last month, the sales associate said it couldn't be done)! Anyway, a wonderful experience and, when we have additional Verizon phone requirements, we will return AND ask for Lance. I suggest everyone do the same! Thank you AGaiN Lance.
