rev:text	So we have been living in the complex for 3 months now and we were gonna get a dog this weekend but now they they did their research on this specific breed they won't let us take him and give him a good home just because the average weight is at least 80 pounds and considering I have seen their stupid restricted breed list and this breed isn't on there but they allow pitbulls and everything else that's on their restricted breed list that's gonna go over 55 pounds and they were gonna kick us out if we got the dog and I'm saying no this is fricken stupid cause I had told them that yes there is a possibility he could weigh that much but that all depends on the owner and they are just pissing me off more and more everyday. I can't wait to get the hell out of this place and I would not recommend them to anyone. They already screwed us over when they put us in a non furnished unit and the rent is ridiculous so I'm pissed about that and I just want to bring lawyers into this and I'm really close to but I can't afford it right now. They charge a 300 fee and then 25 a month to have a pet here. They also pulled this bs that yes ppl do have pits here and other breeds that are on their list but they say well if they are therapy dogs and we have the paperwork to prove it so by law we have to let them stay. This place is not the best place to live because they will screw you over and kick you out if you don't follow their stupid rules. I don't care about what they say and they can't say shit to me because they are never gonna be on my good side and I'll be a lot happier when we get the hell out of this place. Anyone else think this is stupid? The way they treat their residents is fricken dumb! No one needs to live in this complex whether it's desert gardens or desert gardens 2. I'm sure I have more to say but I'm really pissed right now and if I say more I'm gonna start cussing and it won't go well so best to just end this here. We only took this place cause it is close to his work but I have already started looking at new places and I'm gonna find one better then this shit of a place and now I'm having even more problems with this place because they keep saying there's an overcharge on our electricity bill from APS and claiming it's not under our name and everything else and it's happened like three or four times and two months in a row and every time I try to go talk to management all they do is give me attitude. It's stupid that they had to change ownership because then it messed up everything for everyone who lives in the stupid complex. This place needs to be shut down. The staff has never been very friendly it's nothing but constant bickering when I have to walk in there if I have to start going in there more than once a week then we are gonna have some problems. The constant smell of smoke whenever I walk into our apartment isn't helping any. If people are going to be smoking or anything they need to go somewhere else because I cannot stand it and even though there's no one supposed to be making any noise passed I think 10 PM I can still hear enough of it. This place sucks!! Yay now I have another reason to be pissed off at this place they raised the rent and unfortunately we have to renew our stupid lease and to add more management is now shooting me dirty looks and that's not the best idea when they know exactly what I'll do about it. They are very rude to the people living here and obviously don't care and will do anything to screw you over. I will not hesitate to bring lawyers into this and get this place shut down for good. Every time I go into the office they think they can be rude to me and then I get looks from the manager every time I walk in and she is no help at all a few more months and we are getting the hell out of here and now it seems more and more people are sneaking in here at night and things are getting stolen and someone just set the dumpster on fire last night and management had no clue I already emailed the property manager and she's saying more and more bullshit and it's all stupid. And desert gardens staff if you're reading this I don't care because you guys have done nothing but be complete assholes about everything and I'm not gonna be the one to stand for that. They are messing with the wrong people this time around
