AYCE sushi at $25.95 for dinner is pretty great, especially when the foods quality is pretty brilliant.
The uni wasn't fishy or an overpowering taste of iodine either, it was a great sea urchin roe, also the oyster was a decent size and was paired with a nice neutralizing sauce. I really loved the no rice rolls, it was a fresh change from the usual heavy, but fluffy and still besutiful, Japanese Sushi rice.
There were also a few things that my family and the only thing that we would've liked to see was a little more contrast in the creamy sauces. It was a bit much for some of the rolls. Perhaps a squeeze of lemon would change that?
But besides that one bit, the staff were very kind and atentative. Plus the resturaunt's enviroment is very unique and cool. I would come again for sure!
