| - Horrible food and service both!! Went for dinner on a Saturday night around 7, place 3/4th empty, should have beeen a red flag. Waitress does not know what a 7 and 7 is- conversation goes: "It's Seagram's 7 and 7-up". "What is Seargams 7? I really don't know anything about the drinks". Takes over 15 minutes to get the drinks. Had checked out the menu online and hubby was ready for corned beef n cabbage. Ooops, sorry, that's not actually ON the menu. After some grumbling, picks the Philly Cheesesteak...Guess what, that's ON the menu but they no longer serve it. "We're redoing our menu", sorry. All 5 of us get burgers. After another ridiculous wait period, which we spent watching the manager oogle and fondle all the female waitstaff, the burgers arrive. Two ordered medium rare, three ordered medium.... All burgers are well-done rubber hockey pucks with fake grill marks. Obviously out of a box of frozen burgers. Of the three that had bacon, the bacon on all 3 was stone cold. Two had buns that were cool, one had a bun that actually had a frozen spot in the top if it! The frozen one with ice cold bacon was returned, the rest of us were too hungry so ate. Catsup and mustard on tables, but 8 of the catsup bottles in the immediate area are completely empty! We raid 9 other tables to find one that's half full and present the waitress with the empties as a gift..... And still waiting for that replacment burger. The redone burger still not there by the time the rest of us finished, had to go hunt down the manager because waitress had vanished. Manager solution? "We can put it in a to-go box for you". Bartender had thedecency to apologzie and offer a free drink, but too little too late.Absolutely will not give this place a second chance, recommend you steer clear too! Margaritavlle or the Yardhouse would have been a much better bet. :(
