  • I cannot give Perry and all of his is staff enough stars. I've been a customer of his since I moved here in 2006. He and his whole staff have bent over backwards and gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. When I bought a new car on a weekend Perry himself called me via his cell phone from his weekend and hooked me up with a temp policy number so I could drive the car home that day. I have 3 car policies, an articles policy and my homeowners through them. My rates always go down and the longer over been with them it seems my deals get better and better. I'm always astonished when I add a new car or change something at how low everything is. The staff here is so laid back and friendly, I love them all. Every single one of them is polite, nice, friendly and caring. He must find great people and get rid of those who aren't great because they are always great. Plus whenever you go into the office, there's balloons and candy and the atmosphere is just warm and friendly. I do really love them. They also have financial services and they refinanced my car loan at 1% lower than my negotiated loan 24 hours after I bought my car. Also they are working diligently right now on a mortgage pre approval for me. Clayton Thomson in mortgages rocks! They are the third lender I've contacted and the other two haven't returned my calls. And I'm working on a mortgage loan and I have a top tier fico score. You'd think I could get someone interested. But these guys are very responsive and easy to deal with. They deal with me in the evenings, text me, and continually and unobtrusively check on me. I recommend them to everyone. They are truly awesome. Customer service like just about none other. They rock. Highly r commended.
